A better way to understand technology and markets.

About Us

Founded in 2004, Farallon Technology Group provides in-depth technology research and advisory services for embedded, industrial/OT, and DevSecOps cybersecurity. Unlike other technology research firms whose coverage is a mile wide and an inch deep, Farallon delivers detailed and technical market research and vendor reports at a fair price. Not just for the C-suite, Farallon’s research has the detail that product managers, product security engineers, and cybersecurity architects need to make better decisions and achieve their business goals. Farallon’s research, advisory, and product marketing consulting services help our clients to reduce cost, accelerate time-to-revenue, and manage risk.

Technology Research Is Broken

Traditional advisory and technology research firms provide coverage that is a mile wide and an inch deep. This type of research is both expensive and impractical, causing enterprises to conduct their own time-consuming research.

Generic Coverage

IT research reports shed little light on new technologies and vendor capabilities.

Expensive

Technology research reports are expensive, requiring a hefty subscription of license fee.

Difficult to Access

Accessing tech reports requires navigating a Byzantine internal approval process.
